    A. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

1. ZA09-016 8458 East Vista Canyon (Council District 5) – Requesting a Special Use Permit to allow accessory living quarters that are not directly accessible from the dwelling unit in the R1-35-PAD zoning district.

2. ZA09-017 1449 North 62nd Street (Council District 5) – Requesting a Variance and Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a detached accessory living quarter to encroach into a required rear yard in the R1-9 zoning district.

3. ZA09-018 3544 East Brown Road (Council District 1) – Requesting a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a daycare center in conjunction with an existing church in the AG zoning district.

5. ZA09-020 1220 South Pasadena (Council District 4) – Requesting a Substantial Conformance Improvement Permit (SCIP) to allow the expansion of a non-conforming industrial use in the M-1 zoning district.
