A. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
1. ZA08-097 4654 East Escondido Avenue (Council District 6) – Requesting a Minor Modification of a Planned Area Development Overlay to allow a patio addition to encroach into the required rear yard setback in the R1-6-PAD zoning district.
2. ZA08-099 4562 East Mallory Circle (Council District 5) – Requesting variances to allow: 1) a reduction in required amount of on-site parking; 2) a reduction in foundation base width; 3) a reduction in foundation base landscaping; 4) a reduction in perimeter and on-site landscaping; 5) a reduction in the frequency of parking lot landscape islands; and 6) use of perimeter chain link fencing in the M-1 zoning district.
3. ZA08-100 1118 thru 1130 North Val Vista Drive (Council District 5) – Requesting a Special Use Permit to allow development of a Comprehensive Sign Plan in the O-S zoning district.
