LOCAL PENSION BOARD MEETING – FIRE
OCTOBER 15, 2009
A meeting of the Public Safety Local Fire Pension Board of Mesa, Arizona, was held in Conference Room 170E, 20 E. Main, 1ST Floor, on October 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.

Chairman Whalen excused Boardmembers Cluff and Pace from the meeting.
FIRE PENSION BOARD
1. Discuss and consider the DROP application of Fire Captain John Jayne.
It was moved by Boardmember Perkins, seconded by Boardmember Brady that the DROP application of Fire Captain John Jayne be approved.
Chairman Whalen declared the motion carried unanimously by those present.
2. Discuss and consider the election of Assistant Fire Chief Gary Bradbury to terminate his participation in the DROP program and apply for Normal Retirement.
It was moved by Boardmember Perkins, seconded by Boardmember Brady, that the election of Assistant Fire Chief Gary Bradbury to terminate participation in the DROP Program and apply for Normal Retirement be approved.
Chairman Whalen declared the motion carried unanimously by those present.
3. Adjournment.
Without objection, the meeting of the Local Fire Pension Board adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
