3:30 1. Approval of Minutes from the November 12 Meeting: Board Members present

unanimously approved the minutes of November 12.

3. Discuss and Take Action – Consider New Fees at Arizona Museum of Natural History – Tom Wilson: Dr. Wilson’s reviewed the proposed changes in admission fees, which included the following:

To reflect fair market value for products and services provided to visitors - $10 for adults; $6 for children 3 to 12 years of age; $9 for seniors 65 and older; $8 for students; group rates of $7 for adults in pre-scheduled groups of 10 or more; and admission fees for children’s groups would not change from the current $4 rate. The Museum of Natural History would like to implement the new rates for all categories on January 1, 2009. Board members present unanimously approved the proposed changes.
