noted a spelling error. Daniel (DJ) Harper made a motion to approve the minutes of December 10, with the spelling error corrected, Douglas Brimhall seconded, and Board members present unanimously approved the minutes of December 10. They have been posted to the Website.

Discuss and Take Action – Consider Approval of Fees and Charges for Rentals at Mesa Arts Center and Mesa Contemporary Arts and Admission Fees for the Arizona Museum for Youth – Johann Zietsman and Sunnee Spencer: Johann Zietsman presented the proposed changes to rental fees at Mesa Arts Center and Mesa Contemporary Arts and the proposed admission fee increase of $1.00 at Arizona Museum for Youth.
