3:30 1. Approval of Minutes from the June 10 Meeting – There being no

corrections/additions/deletions, Kit Filbey made a motion to approve the minutes

of June 10, Rebecca Nolan seconded the motion, and Board members present

unanimously approved the minutes of June 10. They are posted on the City’s

Web page.

2. Public Comments – No public present

3. Introduction of New Board Members – Peter Cook – The Chair suggested since there are three new Board members, each Board member introduce themselves and give a short summary of why they joined the Board – which they did.

4. Discuss and Take Action – Election of Chair – Peter Cook – Peter Cook asked Douglas Brimhall if he would accept the nomination of Chair; he said he would. Victor Linhoff made a motion to elect Douglas Brimhall, Rebecca Nolan seconded, and the Board members present unanimously elected Douglas Brimhall as the new Chair.

5. Discuss and Take Action – Election of Vice-Chair – Peter Cook – Peter Cook noted that Rebecca Nolan had volunteered to serve as an elected official to the Board. Victor Linhoff made a motion to elect Rebecca Nolan as Vice-Chair, Kit Filbey seconded, and the Board members present unanimously elected Rebecca Nolan as the new Vice-Chair.
