1. Discuss and take action on writing an action plan to create or update the current Human Relations Advisory Board (HRAB) Web page.

a. Discuss limits to the City managed Advisory Board Web page.

b. Discuss policies concerning linking to an outside Web page.

c. Discuss updating and maintaining information on Web page.

d. Discuss content to be used on the HRAB Web page.

2. Discuss and take action on marketing the hidden communities summarized and the HRAB by the AdHoc Education project team.

3. Scheduling of meetings and general information.

4. Hear from citizens present.
