1. Discuss and provide direction on establishing a formal round table discussion with people who are in non-traditional caring relationships regarding medical care situations to educate the Ad Hoc Team, Human Relations Advisory Board, and the City of Mesa.

2. Discuss and provide direction on recognizing the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community in the City of Mesa.

• Compose the recommendation to recognize the East Valley LGBTQ’s for Change organization.

3. Discuss and provide direction on increasing outreach to the emerging communities located in the City of Mesa.

• Define “emerging community” and add/edit/update emerging communities list given by the Diversity Office.

4. Hear from citizens present.

5. Scheduling of meetings and general information.
