2. Hear the proposed Domestic Partner Registry by Councilmember Dennis Kavanaugh.

a. Discuss and take action on the proposed Domestic Partner Registry.

i. Give an update on research found.

ii. Give an update on an agenda item for the Regional HRAB.

iii. Prepare recommendations to be brought to the HRAB concerning the proposed Domestic Partner Registry.

iv. Hear information, discuss and take action on the Pocket Living Will presented by Attorney, Steve Allen.

3. Hear from citizens present.
