    B. Discuss and Take Action on a Proposed Joint Meeting with the Human Services Advisory Board to Discuss and Take Action on a Proposed Merger with the Human Services Advisory Board.

    C. Discuss, Develop, and Take Action on the Prioritization of Future Agenda Items Including:

      1. Revitalization and Preservation of Aging/Older Neighborhoods.

      2. Manufactured Homes and Manufactured Home Communities (MHCs).

      3. Transit Oriented Design/Light Rail Corridor.

Presented by Valley Metro Rail, City of Phoenix, City of Mesa, and in cooperation with the Environmental Protection Agency.

    E. Operational Changes for Housing and Revitalization Division (Change in Location) – Housing and Revitalization will be moving to the Mesa City Plaza during the week of April 13-16, 2009. Our offices will be closed at this time to accommodate the move.
