SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

1. Take action on the following resolution:

a. Approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community for the disbursement of pass-thru grants to the United Food Bank in the amount of $175,000 and Hacienda Healthcare in the amount of $300,000.
