(Tour conducted by the Neighborhood Services Department)

November 5, 2009

The City Council of the City of Mesa met in the lobby of the Mesa City Plaza Building, 20 East Main Street, on November 5, 2009, at 7:30 a.m., to participate in a bus tour conducted by the Neighborhood Services Department.

Vice Mayor Jones excused Mayor Smith from the tour.

Neighborhood Services Department Director Ray Villa and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Development Project Coordinator Ray Thimesch presented information as the Council followed the schedule listed below:

7:45 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. Single Family Home Tour

8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Driving Tour of NSP Properties

9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Site Visit to MesaCAN

A “Fact Sheet” (see Attachment 1) was provided to the Council and the tour was outlined on a map titled “Housing Tour Route Sites” (see Attachment 2) that listed the sites to be visited by the Council.

The Council tour concluded at 9:35 a.m.
