1. Review items on the agenda for the June 1, 2009 regular Council meeting.

2. Hear a presentation and discuss the proposed Mesa Town Center Improvement District annual assessment. (related to agenda items 2a & 2b on the June 1^st regular agenda)

3. Hear a presentation, discuss and provide direction on the 2009/10 tentative budget.

4. Hear a presentation, discuss and provide direction on the noise ordinance.

5. Hear reports on meetings and/or conferences attended.

6. Scheduling of meetings and general information.

7. Items from citizens present. (Maximum of three speakers for three minutes per speaker).

8. Adjourn.
