a. Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities

b. Arts and Cultural

3. Acknowledge receipt of minutes of various boards and committees.

a. Economic Development Advisory Board meeting held on November 4, 2008

b. Public Safety Committee meeting held on November 17, 2008

4. Hear reports on meetings and/or conferences attended.

5. Scheduling of meetings and general information.
